Barbara Ann's books bring a sense of understanding and guidance for situations that are sometimes difficult for young Christian people to navigate through. Rebecca (Becky) Winch
Young Readers
Rebecca (Becky) Winch grew up in southern Wisconsin, along with six brothers and three sisters. Much like Wanda, Becky was bullied and called names as a child and often escaped reality through daydreams. This made concentrating in school difficult at times.
She also used books as an escape and loved to read and imagine herself as a character in the many books she read. Her favorite subject in school was English composition, writing stories and themes.
Becky still lives in Wisconsin where she enjoys reading, writing, gardening, and cuddling with her cats.
Wanda Weird is Rebecca's Debut book For Young Readers. Rebecca (Becky) Winch is looking forward to her next project.

Ann M. Andrashie
Fiction Author
Ann was born in the Chicago area. She and her family moved to the Wisconsin Northwoods when she was thirteen. Having lived in both locations has given Ann a useful insight as a writer to both city life and country.
As years passed, Ann's dream of becoming an actress was not to be. In its place she took the advice of instructors from long past, and set the characters dancing in her head loose on paper.
Her knack for writing, along with an active imagination, gained Ann employment consisting of writing newsletters and advertising for several businesses.
Forever writing unshared stories, it wasn't until her twins were raised and with children of their own, did Ann finally find time to get truly serious about her story writing. With the help of a very dear friend and a few family members, Ann found the courage to share her fictional writings which led to finishing her first novel, Dog Island.

Ann completed her second novel, Behind The Green Door-memoir of a time traveler, and is looking forward to writing its sequel.

Ann's own life, filled with happiness and joy, sorrow and hard times, blends the perfect combination used in her novels that readers carry with them long after the last page is turned.
is to be released, January 1st, 2023, and is Ann's second fiction novel. She is currently working a sequel. To pre-order, and for other books by Ann M. Andrashie, visit her at:

Write a Review
It's quick, simple and easier than you think
Spring Harbor Publishing would like to take a moment to emphasize the time and effort that our authors have devoted to their work. In our eyes, they (and all authors) command the utmost respect. It is the love of the craft and the response of their readers that carries them along the long (and oftentimes lonely) road of the writing and publishing process. That is why we want to stress the importance of supporting all authors.
Please do leave a review for those that you have read. It is surprisingly simple and fun. It requires answering a few questions, and giving a some details. Here are several examples using Dog Island:

1. A Brief description:
Dog Island is a Coming-of-Age Young Adult novel enjoyed by people of all ages. A young girl, a dog lover, is promised a dog when they move from the city to a small northern Wisconsin town. When she finally gets one, her life and those around her change.

I liked Willowdean, the mother of the main character / protagonist, the best because she looked at the world differently than anyone else.

2. Add a quote or favorite passage:
“No matter where we live we can see Animal Spirits, if we look for them. They’re in the clouds coming and going from the life bridges nestled secretly somewhere in the Apostle Islands, the ones coming out in Lake Superior.

“And when the right time comes Animal Spirit sends us just the right one. To some he sends Cats from Cat Island, birds from Gull Island and so forth. But somewhere out on the Great Lake is a special island called Dog Island.”

3. Lastly (and at the very least): Give a rating.

Reviews can be given online at each author's Amazon page. Or here, on the form to the left.

We wish to thank you for your kind consideration ~ Sincerely,
